Confessions of a Serial Interviewer by Steven Ra Ga

My intention wasn’t to waste someone time but I also felt if you didn’t take the time to read my resume or application you weren’t doing a good job.

2018 – A while back I was looking for work and considered taking the Canabis Course to be certified to sell weed. When I asked some people I knew they strongly recommended I didn’t explore that as an option.

It reminded me in 2010 when my Step Dad told me I couldn’t sell cancer as I found a company selling his business distributing cigarettes to gas stations.

So I never got the certificate but years later when I saw and ad to be the strategy manager for a Canabis store I couldn’t help but apply.

It turned out to be the shortest interview ever. I basically got on zoom, we said hello then the lady asked how long I had the certificate, I replied “I don’t have it” he response was well I can’t hire you with out it.

And the interview was over. I had gotten my curiosity answered.
