So… in 2018 I signed up with the program you have to take to become a realtor. Now this program used to be a weekend course, but after years of people taking advantage it’s now an 18month course.

It took me the full 18months, because it’s online and terribly boring, during the whole process I was fighting with every family member I had because they didn’t believe me that it was taking so long because the program was so so slow.

In the end I finally graduated and instead of being a realtor I thought why not be a property manger.

Well that was a stupid idea.

It turned out to be a property manger you have two options. 1) you have to be on commission and 2) you can have a salary but it will take you 5-10 yrs cause you have to work as an assistant first then grind your way to the top.

FML right.

I couldn’t believe that I had just fucked myself. When I complained to the program office they told me I could just redo the program for another $1,400 and 18months… fuck that right. Or I could spend $20,000 on a franchise, like really?

No body wanted to hire me on and train me.

So I said fuck it, let the time run out on my license and went looking for another form of employment.
