Confessions of a Serial Interviewer by Steven Ra Ga

By far one of the more weird interviews I have had. A team of 5 seeking a 6th man. The guys had all been friends since child birth and started a logistics company together. I was presumed the 6th man left after a dispute of interest, they seemed pretty hurt by it and wanted to see if we would get along more than if I could do the job.

Our personalities did not fit.
